Product Description

JUNMU Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer is a device that uses hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) vapor and low-temperature  plasma technology to efficiently sterilize medical devices. It belongs to low-temperature sterilization technology and  is suitable for precision instruments that are not resistant to high temperature and high humidity,  such as electronic equipment, optical instruments and plastic products.
Equipment features:
1.Low temperature sterilization :  avoids damage to precision instruments by high temperature,  suitable for materials that are not resistant to high temperatures (such as plastics, rubber,  and electronic components).

2.Fast sterilization cycle : more efficient than ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization (which takes hours to days).

3.No toxic residue:  Hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen,  which is safe and environmentally friendly and does not require long-term ventilation.

4.Strong penetration: can sterilize the lumens and slits of complex instruments (such as endoscopes and catheters).

5.Strong compatibility:  suitable for materials such as metal, glass, silicone, and some plastics, but not for materials such as cotton cloth,  wood, and powders.

6.Automated control: computer program control throughout the process to reduce human operation errors.

Working conditions

Working Principle:
Vacuum stage: The sterilization chamber is evacuated to remove air and ensure effective diffusion of hydrogen peroxide.

Injection of hydrogen peroxide:  Liquid hydrogen peroxide is vaporized into high-concentration steam, which evenly covers the surface of the instrument.

Diffusion and penetration:  Hydrogen peroxide molecules penetrate into the fine structure of the instrument, destroying the protein,  DNA and cell membrane of microorganisms.

Plasma activation:

The hydrogen peroxide gas is ionized by radio frequency (RF) or microwave energy to form plasma (charged particles).

Plasma further enhances the sterilization effect and decomposes residual hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen without  harmful residues.

Ventilation recovery:  After sterilization is completed, the chamber returns to normal pressure and the sterile instruments are removed.
