JM-E series ethylene oxide sterilizer is the latest microcomputer-controlled automatic sterilization equipment developed and produced by our company. Realize complicated processes such as automatic heating, vacuuming, vaporization, sterilization, and discharging residues, which is very convenient and safe, and has a strong sterilization effect. At the same time, the ethylene oxide mixed gas used in the equipment has the characteristics of strong penetrating power, efficient broad-spectrum sterilization, and short sterilization time. This product has unique advantages for the sterilization and disinfection of moisture-sensitive and heat-sensitive articles. Working principle
The working process of the sterilizer first heats the sterilization chamber to the set temperature, then evacuates the sterilization chamber to the set value, passes the vacuum leakage rate test, humidifies after passing the humidification stage adjustment. Add a certain amount of ethylene oxide sterilant. After reaching the set dosing pressure, the timing clock will work, and the sterilization will begin. The entire sterilization process is maintained at a constant temperature. At this stage, the items in the sterilization chamber are fumigated Sterilize. When the time is up, start to ventilate the sterilization chamber, that is, use filtered clean air to replace the remaining residual air in the sterilization chamber, and repeat the ventilation several times to drain the residual air, and the residual air is treated by the waste gas treatment system after discharge.
