Product Description

The JM-WG series water bath sterilizer uses high temperature circulating water as sterilization medium,  and carry out water-pouring sterilizing operation to LVP PP bottles. With anti-pressure protection device,  it can be applied widely to high-and-low temperature sterilizing operation on liquid in glass bottles, ampoule bottles, plastic bottles, plastic bags etc. It is also suitable for food industry to sterilize all kinds of sealed package, drinks, cans etc.

Working principle:

Water bath sterilizer is an advanced equipment for sterilization of bottled liquid in the world. It uses high temperature and hot water shower to heat and sterilize the liquid bottle. It has the advantages of uniform temperature, wide temperature control range and reliable regulation. At the same time, the advanced computer control can realize the automatic calculation of F0 value and monitor the sterilization process. After the sterilization process, the spray water is indirectly cooled by cooling water, and the liquid bottle is forced to cool, so as to reduce the product temperature to ≤ 60 ºC, so as to prevent the deterioration and scrap of the liquid medicine in the high temperature state for a long time, and avoid the explosion accident of the liquid bottle caused by the direct cooling of the cooling water.
