Scope of Application

 

The Dry heat sterilizer uses high-temperature dry air (160°C to 250°C) to denature microbial proteins, oxidize and decompose cells, and cause electrolyte concentration, leading to death. They are specifically designed for sterilizing and removing pyrogens from moisture-sensitive, heat-resistant materials, including medical devices (preventing rust on surgical metal instruments and residue from glass syringes), industrial supplies (removing pyrogens from pharmaceutical packaging containers and sterilizing grease and powders), and laboratory equipment (petri dishes and ceramics).
